Benjamin Rosado leads business development and customer program strategy at nucleoIV, bringing experience across healthcare sales, marketing, product management, and commercialization. His work has focused on turning customer needs into practical programs, helping organizations connect business goals with solutions that can be delivered in the real world.
Before co-founding nucleoIV, Benjamin held healthcare industry roles spanning digital and physical product design, go-to-market strategy, and customer growth. He also gained early experience in the orthopedic market, working closely with operations teams to support products with complex manufacturing and delivery requirements.
At nucleoIV, Benjamin is focused on building customer programs that are clear, scalable, and centered on measurable client success.
Co-Founder | Program Execution & Technical Product Management
Jeff Nettles leads program execution and technical product management at nucleoIV, combining clinical experience, healthcare operations, and technology leadership to build solutions that work in the field, not just on paper.
Jeff began his career in the operating room as a Certified Surgical Technologist, supporting orthopedic, trauma, transplant, and general surgery teams. He later moved into healthcare administration, where he managed financial reporting, supply chain operations, and multimillion-dollar surgical operations within an ambulatory surgery center.
He went on to spend nearly a decade with one of the country's largest dental support organizations, advancing through roles in office management, field support, business systems analysis, and principal product management.
